This asset on 12th Street NE in Calgary, Alberta is located just south of the Calgary International Airport, with easy access to Deerfoot Trail from both McKnight Boulevard NE and 32nd Avenue NE. 

The Fund’s portfolio comprises eight light industrial and flex commercial assets located in Calgary and Edmonton, Alberta and Regina, Saskatchewan representing a total leaseable area of approximately 530,000 square feet on 33 acres.
