Purchase of Translink Logistics Centre in Regina, SK

TriVan Capital is pleased to announce that the TriVan TLC Limited Partnership has closed on the acquisition of the Translink Logistics Centre located in Regina, SK.

The Translink Logistics Centre is a LEED Silver, multi-tenant industrial complex designed for warehousing, distribution and logistics requirements located at the Global Transportation Hub (www.thegth.com), an inland port in Regina, SK. The GTH provides direct access to the TransCanada Highway and to Canadian Pacific Rail’s mainline, connecting Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, the Gulf Coast and Midwestern U.S. trans-shipment points. More than 270 million consumers are within two days travel.

There are two existing buildings on the front half of the 24-acre site with plans in place to double the leaseable area through new construction on the undeveloped 12 acres.

This asset fits well with TriVan Capital’s strategy to seek out opportunities that provide existing cash-flow from diverse and strong tenants while working to create incremental value for investors through purposeful, active management.
