TriVan Capital Purchases the IA Business Park in Calgary, Alberta

TriVan Capital is pleased to announce that the TriVan Capital Prairies Opportunity Fund Limited Partnership (the “Fund”) has closed on its first acquisition – the IA Business Park, a four-building flex industrial asset located at 6046 – 6444 12th Street SE, Calgary, AB. 

This property has a combined net rentable area of approximately 67,250 square feet sitting on 6.13 acres with excellent exposure to Deerfoot Trail, the primary north-south artery in Calgary. It is less than 2 km from the major retail node in the southeast that includes Ikea, Costco, Walmart and the Calgary Auto Mall.
