Disposition of Calgary Industrial Portfolio

TriVan Capital is pleased to announce that the TriVan Capital Foothills Limited Partnership (the “Foothills LP”) has closed its sale of the Foothills Industrial Portfolio, a 73,641 square foot, two-building portfolio in Southeast Calgary, Alberta. The Foothills LP purchased the asset in the Fall of 2020 and listed the properties for sale this past Spring in order to capitalize on a strong and improving industrial market in Calgary.  CBRE ran a broad sales process and successfully brought a strong buyer forward at an attractive price resulting in a great return for investors in less than 2 years.
