TriVan Capital Announces the Acquisition of Two Flex Industrial Properties in Edmonton

The TriVan Capital Prairies Opportunity Fund Limited Partnership (the “Fund”) has acquired a two property, multi-tenant, flex industrial portfolio located in Northwest Edmonton. The buildings, known as Mayfield Crossing (24,979 square feet) and the JD Building (86,060 square feet), are leased to a diverse mix of tenants, and are well located with easy access to the Yellowhead Highway and 170 St NW.
 
The Fund has acquired a total of 10 properties since its initial close in July 2021 and is now fully advanced. The Fund’s portfolio comprises light industrial and flex commercial assets located in Calgary and Edmonton, Alberta and Regina, Saskatchewan representing a total leaseable area of approximately 642,000 square feet on 39 acres.
